Six months ago yesterday I was hit by a car while riding my bike. I've been haggling with the driver's insurance company ever since and we finally came to a settlement. Even though the settlement includes the medical bills, the property damage loss (aka my bike) and some compensation for pain and suffering around my broken ribs, it wasn't worth it.
Time to close this chapter. Time to move on.

I am sorry about your accident...I didn't know. Time to close that bad chapter and move on to better days.
At least you can move on from this and dont have to deal with it anymore. I hate insurance companies.

Unfortunately things like that never end well for everyone. But on the bright side you are alive and mostly well. Time to move on.
