Too much Facebook - I started looking for a "Like" button! This is a great quote. Kind of like "fat smoker syndrome" - it isn't that the "fat smoker" doesn't realize it is bad to be fat or to be a smoker from a health standpoint (although denial can be strong), but it is the "doing something about it" part that stops lots of folks (including me - although not a smoker). I might print this one out and post it on my bathroom mirror!
