Quote of the week - Arthur Conan Doyle

"When the spirits are low, when the day appears dark, when work becomes monotonous, when hope hardly seems worth having, just mount a bicycle and go out for a spin down the road, without thought on anything but the ride you are taking." - Arthur Conan Doyle

So happy for the return of the QOTW. And darned good advice too! Especially with this week's crazy warm weather.

Ditto what Lisa said... Riding takes a lot of thinking. Running on the other hand? That works for me.

I love QOTW too!
