Fear not, this blog will not turn into a cooking blog but recently I've added Allen Lim's potatoes to my riding nutrition menu. Who is Allen Lim and what are his potatoes you ask?
Dr. Allen Lim is a sports physiologist that has been involved in several cycling teams including Garmin and Radio Shack. He performs a variety of roles on those team but has published a series of YouTube videos on some of the food prepared for the cycling teams.
