My "Sunday morning naked weight" wasn't what I wanted it to be after a weekend of some mild overindulgence so I've tried to do better today and did get in a short walk with my husband (trying to get more "us" time while still getting a little exercise). I'm getting to where I'm ready to stop saying that and do something about it. <br /><br />You definitely need to be able to just enjoy the training.
